If you run into this issue, it means you aren't listed (haven't been invited) as a facilitator associated with that Service Center. To change that, reach out to the Service Center and have them invite you to join as a facilitator at their Center. Then, when you log in, you'll be able to see that Center in your dropdown list and schedule the session there.
