Many Service Centers we work with will onboard a prospective client and refer them to a facilitator to work with for the administration session. We created the concept of "Contacts" to handle this workflow.
Find the Contacts tab on the left sidebar.
Create a Contact and add their demographics, notes etc.
Refer a Contact to a Facilitator
Once you're ready, you can refer the contact to a Facilitator who is affiliated with your center.
Once you send the referral, the Facilitator will see a new Client record with the status of "Prospect". They'll see where the referral came from, along with the client's contact information and a copy of any notes that were entered on the Contact record.
