The Mystical Experience Questionnaire (MEQ-30) is one of the most well-investigated tools used to measure psychedelic experiences. It has well-established correlations with positive changes in attitudes, mood, behavior, and a number of mental health outcomes. While it can be completed anytime post-journey, we recommend clients complete this between 2-5 days after the journey, so that it can help facilitators and journeyers gain an objective understanding of the experience during integration.
