Althea is currently designed for two different types of users: practitioners/facilitators and centers/clinic administrators. This allows practitioners to use the system to manage clients but also allows centers to get a view of all of the work practitioners are doing at their center. This easily facilitates the sharing of necessary information between a facilitator and a center so that there is less back and forth and more clarity around where each session is in the process.

If you happen to be a facilitator and a center administrator, you can easily switch context in the upper left corner.

What are the differences in views between facilitators and administrators?

The key difference is that facilitators can see Client records and Session records, but centers can only see session records. This gives facilitators a place to keep client notes/details that don't need to be shared with a center/clinic.
