The Althea Directory is a resource for anyone searching for psychedelic services who want to browse the licensed providers in the program. While we will list every licensed facilitator and center (forgive us if we’re slow to update as we move forward), those who pay will be able to have a premium listing.

Premium Listings

Premium listings cost $300 annually and provide the following:

  • Featured status so that you are sorted toward above unclaimed and basic claim listings

  • All available profile attributes can be filled out

  • Ability to display a photo

What else does premium get?

Premium also gets:

Althea Software Upgrades

  • Discount on payment processing from non-premium users

  • Priority access to new features and support

  • Benchmark of your outcomes vs the rest of the industry

  • Concierge onboarding/training

Monthly Community Circles

  • Facilitators - connect and collaborate with other licensed facilitators

  • Centers - learn from other center operators trying to make it work in this new regulatory environment

Basic Listings

Between our premium listings option, and our ‘unclaimed listings’, we have a basic listings option that we will offer for free. Essentially, you can email [email protected] , and we’ll input the following if you send it to us:

  • a detailed description of your listing

  • Your license # (if not already in there)

  • Update location if you’d like

  • Edit your title of your listing

Unclaimed Listings

This is how they start! No image. No description. Just a title and potentially the license #. To claim a listing, you’ll need to login and sign up.

How do I sign up?

To register, you’ll need to sign up in the upper right hand corner and then click ‘Register.’ Input your email and a password, and then you’ll get an email to verify your email address to get you in for the first time.

Once I’m in, what do I do? How do I claim my listing?

Once you’re in, you have the option to update your user profile, but this is separate from your actual listing in the directory and is not necessary.

Next, find your listing in the directory. We have listed all of the licensed facilitators and centers. If you don’t see yours, send an email to [email protected] , and we’ll get it updated. We’ll try to keep it up-to-date regularly.

Once you find your listing, click on “Claim Listing”. From there, it’ll take you to a checkout screen to pay to claim the listing. From there, we validate the claim and approve it (give us 24 business hours to complete this), granting you access.

How do I edit my listing?

Once you’ve claimed your listing, you can edit it. You can find your listing by logging in, and then selecting your user name in the upper right hand corner and then selecting ‘Listings.’ You’ll see how you can edit your listing there.

What all can I edit/add to my listing?

Here are the following fields you can edit/add to your listing:

  • Photos - you can upload multiple

  • Title - you can edit the title, but we encourage you to keep your name in it

  • Location

  • Scheduling Link - so visitors can book time with you from there

  • Gender Identity

  • Pronouns

  • Video link

  • Website

  • Email

  • Social links

  • Tags - this is a defined list. It helps with searchability. If you want a tag and don’t see it, email [email protected]

  • Description - definitely add this in! Talk about your specialties, preferences, and unique practices

I see messages in my menu. What’s that about?

Visitors to the directory can message you within the system! You’ll receive an email when you receive a message and can reply directly to it within the directory.
