Sometimes things happen and a session needs to be moved from one center to another, and forms have already been completed, so you don't want to start over. Here's what to do if you're a facilitator:
The first thing to do is check to see that you are an approved facilitator at the center you're moving it to. You can check this in your profile page: https://app.withalthea.com/settings/profile.
The next step will have to be done by an administrator from the center that it's currently assign to. They will have to "release" the records by un-assigning it to their center. They can go to the session and click the dot-menu button in the upper right corner. Then click Edit Session.
Under the Center dropdown, click Unassign Center. Please read the warning and then press the I Understand button and then save. Now the session is not assigned to any service center.
Then, the facilitator can go back in and edit the session again and should see in the dropdown all the centers they're associated with. When you select the new center, it will reassign the session to that center.
Please note: All completed forms will need to be updated to reflect the new center (both you and the client have access to edit forms) but any outstanding forms should auto-fill with the new center's name.
