Email Reminders

Althea now has reminder emails that go out to facilitators who are missing documentation as follows:

  1. Pre-session reminders

    1. Sent 1, 3, and 7 days prior to the session date

    2. We only send it if a participant in the session is still in the Preparing status. We list out the specific forms and questionnaires that they still need to get complete or removed.

  2. Post-session reminders

    1. Sent 7 and 14 days after the session date

    2. We only send it if a participant in the session is still in either Preparing or Ready statuses. We list out any forms / questionnaires that are still outstanding, and any administration information that they still need to document.
