In some situations, it's useful to be able to clear out any responses from a form and effectively start the process for that particular form over. This could be because information was entered incorrectly, or perhaps something about the session changed that requires the form be re-signed.
To clear out any previous responses for a form, you can use the Clear Form option, available on the Form menu. For Facilitators and Center Administrators, this is available in the Session view.
For Participants, this is available on your list of Completed forms in the Participant Portal.
Note: this clears out any submission information for the form, but it preserves the form in the Participant Portal so the participant is able to immediately start filling it out again from the beginning.
