One of the benefits of using Althea is the Client Portal. It's a single place where clients will go to fill out questionnaires, forms, and pay invoices. A client can access their portal at any time by going to this URL and logging in with their email address.
There are multiple times when the Althea system will email the client asking them to go to the portal.
You click "Notify Participant"
On the preparation tab, there's a button to notify participant. The idea is that you prep all of the questionnaires and forms for this client, then click that button to trigger an email to the client. The client will get an email that looks like this:
From: Althea Action Items <[email protected]>
To: [client email in Althea]
Cc: [facilitator's email in Althea]
Subject: Action Items Requested

In the above example "niko" is the first name of the participant. Andrew is the facilitator and his email is displayed to the client, and Cc'd on the email.
Clients log into their portal by entering their email address that is on file in Althea. They will get a confirmation email and be logged in. No passwords required.
Post-Journey Questionnaires
There are two post-journey questionnaires that are automatically sent after an administration session. The client is notified to complete it by logging into their portal. See the 'Integration' tab to find these questionnaires. If you don't want these to be sent to your client, simply remove them from this list.
