Overview
You can subscribe to your center's room schedule in an external calendar app like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Once subscribed, your calendar will automatically stay up to date with the latest room bookings β no need to check Althea manually.
This feature is available to team members who have permission to view full event details on the Room Schedule.

Generating Your Calendar URL
1. Navigate to the Room Schedule page for your center
2. Click the Subscribe to Calendar button in the top-right area
3. In the dialog that appears, click Generate URL
4. Your personal calendar URL will be displayed. Click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.
> Important: This URL is personal to your account and this center. Do not share it β anyone with this URL can view your calendar. Other team members should generate their own URL.

Adding the URL to Your Calendar App
Google Calendar
1. Open Google Calendar
2. In the left sidebar, click the + next to "Other calendars"
3. Select From URL
4. Paste your calendar URL and click Add calendar
Apple Calendar (macOS / iOS)
1. Open the Calendar app
2. Go to File > New Calendar Subscription (macOS) or Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar (iOS)
3. Paste your calendar URL and click Subscribe
Microsoft Outlook
1. Open Outlook and go to Calendar
2. Click Add calendar > Subscribe from web
3. Paste your calendar URL and click Import
Once added, your calendar app will periodically fetch the latest schedule. It may take up to a few hours for new changes to appear, depending on your calendar app's refresh interval.

Resetting Your Calendar URL
If your URL was accidentally shared with someone who shouldn't have access, you can reset it:
1. Open the Subscribe to Calendar dialog
2. Click the reset it link at the bottom
3. Confirm the reset
> Warning: Resetting your URL will invalidate the previous one. Any calendar apps using the old URL will stop receiving updates. You'll need to add the new URL to your calendar app.

Who can use this feature?
Any team member who can see full event details on the Room Schedule (typically center administrators and team members with appropriate permissions).
How often does my calendar update?
This depends on your calendar app. Google Calendar typically refreshes every 12β24 hours. Apple Calendar refreshes more frequently. You cannot force an immediate sync from Althea's side.
Can I subscribe to multiple centers?
Yes. Repeat the process for each center β each will have its own unique URL.
What events appear in the subscription?
The same events you can see on the Room Schedule page, including session-linked bookings and standalone calendar events.
