We are moving from our directory (list.withalthea.com) to our marketplace (be.withalthea.com) this summer 2026! Thanks for being a part of it. Since the summer of 2025, we have experimented with the idea of a directory, and we established enough traction to decide to build our marketplace with a few key learnings:
By connecting it to our practice management software (app.withalthea.com), we can help cut down on coordination from finding -> booking -> scheduling -> session.
We now have Experiences! The goal is to give clients more information upfront, so they don't have to use more of their imagination about what a journey looks like.
That said we'll still have center and facilitator profiles so people can browse and learn more about you and your practice.
Here's what's already happened and what's still ahead as we move from the directory to the marketplace.
Already complete:
Facilitator and center marketplace listings opened
The cutover announcement went out to all directory facilitators and centers, along with the required next steps: sign the participation agreement, apply for payments, and confirm your listing.
New directory listing orders were turned off; the directory is no longer accepting new signups.
Review migration from the directory is complete.
Center and facilitators can now manage their own profiles from app.withalthea.com after their profile has initially been published. This only happens after you have set up with marketplace [see above].

Soon, we will be sunsetting the directory and pushing all marketing efforts to our marketplace - be.withalthea.com.
After cutover, we'll be watching organic traffic, broken links, and booking conversion closely for the first 60 days to make sure nothing gets lost in the move. Thanks for joining us on this journey!
