Each session in Althea has two ways to look at forms: the Outstanding forms tab, and the forms list further down the session page. They answer different questions, so they can look like they disagree even when nothing is wrong.
Outstanding forms: what's still open
The Outstanding forms tab is a to-do list. It shows every form in the session that isn't finished yet, across all three stages at once: Preparation, Administration and Integration.
Use it to see at a glance whether anything is still left to do before, during or after the session.
It only shows what's open. Completed forms don't appear here, so it isn't the place to confirm that something is done.
The session forms list: full progress
Below Outstanding forms, the session page lists every form in the session with its current status, including completed ones. Switch between the Preparation, Administration and Integration tabs to see each stage.
Use this list to:
confirm a form is complete,
see who a form is waiting on (the client or the facilitator),
check progress for one specific stage.
Why the two can look different
They cover different things. Outstanding forms shows open items from every stage together. The forms list shows everything, one stage at a time. A session that's fully prepared can still have Administration and Integration forms in Outstanding forms, because those stages haven't happened yet.
In Colorado, some forms are required twice. Certain forms must be completed in both Preparation and Administration. The two versions look nearly the same but are separate forms. If a facilitator finished the Preparation version, Outstanding forms can still list the Administration version. To confirm, open the Administration tab in the forms list.
